I used 71.5gr 2217 and Federal LR magnum rifles. Jammed the projectiles about 15 thou into lands. 74ish grains 2225 is also popular.
As always work up to these loads.

what do you need help with????
168grns is 168grns...unless your old load was a hot rod..you have more than a starting point...stug has suggested seating depth (personally I would set dies using old load, try seating berger the same and TRY IT in rifle magazine, then load half dozen and try on range) you assumable already worked up to current load so your pressure will be very similar if you arent seating deeper/seating similar depth.
nobody elses load will be better for your rifle than your own load....

Not a rem mag but a 7mm wsm. The vlds were ok but nothing great until I tried a 150 jump at the end of my seating ladder test. One ragged hole at a hundy from then on. 64.6 grains of H4831sc ( 2213 ) not superfast at 2830 but no pressure and very accurate with 18 fps es. Very happy for my second ever attempt at handloading.

Thanks guys @ micky duck I was going to use same load as previous 168 was more interested in jump as I know bergers can be fussy with this. Sorry should have been more specific on what I wanted to know. Thanks for you feed back
