My rem 700 .300wsm runs 168g amax with 74grns of a reloaders powder, it runs about 3340ish and is super accurate seated to mag length.

If by 'ish' you mean give or take 250-300fps then sure. If you actually mean give or take 20-40fps then you need to throw whatever chrony you are using in the bin cause its fucked.

There is no way you are getting anywhere near 3340 with a 168 out of a WSM.
