Brass is hard to get but Norma 300SAUM is easily necked down and often doesn't need neck turning in a factory chamber. You can get Nosler Custom 7SAUM brass but is twice as expensive.
Nope. Just get 300 Saum brass from workshop innovation and just full length size into 7 Saum dies and you are good to go.
Ammunitions would be ultra hard to find and super expensive.
Stug beat me to it!
Cool cheers guys ive heard with the necked down 300 brass u end up with a carbon ring build up because the neck is slightly shorter
will we ever see the return of remington 7mm saum brass? it was reasonably priced and was ok, It's rude that nosler gets norma to make 7mm saum brass and then whacks a ridiculous amount of markup... Why is all nosler shit so fricken expensive for what it is......(eg nosler BT, accubonds etc versus hornady SST)?
I just sized Norma 300 Saum brass...super easy. Really looking forward to running in the Model 7.
So now you are the proud owner of a 7-300 saum ;-)

I see you have a stack 7mmsaum. Cheers for the replys
The demise of the 7mmsaum is kind of sad. It was the very best of all the short-fat craze with it's longer neck. A good friend and American gun writer for magazines, and book author, said it was his favorite of the bunch, hands down.
I'm thinking of divesting of a 270 wsm I have and getting the 7mmsaum, in spite of ammo and brass availability. Then again, I shoot strange things, and a Kimber in 325 wsm is my favorite.
