7mm SAUM - outside neck diameter

Can someone please mike the outside neck diameter of a loaded 7mm SAUM round and let me know what the measurement is?

Wont that depend on brass thickness?

Loaded round in RP brass .3145

In necked down Norma 300 SAUM brass its .3155

Both un neck turned
