Yes but from a 24" barrel giving 2857fps. If 2900fps is true and from an 18" barrel something doesn't add up. Either it's a chronograph cousin to Dundee's rangefinder or a magic barrel.

51 grains of staball 6.5 with win brass fed 210 primers and 139 interlocks gets me 2850 fps out of a 17 inch barrel according to the Labrador.
