20" barrel, 180 eld doing 2675 mv. Arrives at 500yd doing 2132 with 1817ft/lbs. So an extra 100ft/s and 400ft/lbs (nearly 30% more energy) over your 7mm08 w/ 162's.

Also had 160's doing 2850 using Re26 but it was very temp sensitive so backed off to 2750 using ADI powder.

Later dropped from 160's to more stout 150's at a mild-ish 2815 (could push for 2900) as a close range load. With 180's for longer stuff.

If you have a 7mm08 then yeah it's only a marginal upgrade. I didn't though so as a new build it was exactly what I wanted.. wish I'd gone 24-26" unsuppressed in hindsight though.
