59.5gr seated at factory depth worked with mine with exactly the same components
-
I would say start at 70gns seated at mag length I’m more familiar with 2225 and amax in the rem mag but 2217 is another fav of the cal so someone will chime in very soon

70-72gr 2217 is pretty typical for 162gr.
-
I was over 70gr of 2217 but had to drop back to 69.5gr as my new batch of powder was hot
-
I was at 72 for 3050 fps, new powder it jumped up and had to reduce load to hit accurate node again. 26" barrel on mine
-
70-71 gn but work up from lower & monitor closely for pressure
-
As others have said, 70-72gr of 2217 at mag length for 162s. My load was in this with the eldx. Mine was a tikka, boring to load develop, worked first ladder. Made more, zero and then took it hunting

Start at the ADI listed minimum, you'll end up somewhere around 70 to 73 grains. There have been a couple of faster batches of 2217 so you might see some variance like others have said.
I have the same rifle and just seated to mag length at 3.340 inches but I'm using the 162 ELD-X. One batch of 2217 I was using my load was at 72.5 but the next batch I was at 70.5, everything else stayed the same (brass, primers, bullet batch).
It's a good combo in the rem mag 2217 and 160 weight class bullets, you're onto a winner.
