Ladder test with the retumbo went great . Some good speeds (2942 was the fastest )and hit pressure signs bang on 69gr(justejector mark, primer was still ok looking and not stiff bolt.. Few possible nodes to explore there . Way way happier with this powder .
The ADG brass was a great call. Very consistent between all the loads and results.
Kenton (and anyone else) if I found a load that was good but wanted to try the large rifle primers instead of the magnum primers to see if I could reduce the standard deviation . Would I need to alter the powder charge at all being a smaller primer ? Or is it safe to just switch between the two on a load .![]()
