I’ve found 2225 or RL25 best, 2217 also ok in some cases.

The 2225 looks good. I see the loads are compressed at book max. Is a light 'crunch' not an issue? Haven't measured chamber or magazine so don't know if I have an OAL restrictions. Std t3

Thanks guys. I see the 2217 will be speedy sneaking over the book max as well.

My rifle didn't like 2217 with the 162 ELD-X. Goes good with IMR4831. Would have tried 2225 next as seems most common but couldn't get any at the time.

I’m developing a load with RE26 and 180 ELD-M in mine. Still work to do, but I’m at 2780 fps so far and still on mild loads. I would use 2225 if not RE26 or 2217 for 162s.

RE22 is very temp sensitive and wouldn’t be my choice (through experience).

I'm using 72.5 grains of 2217 in my rem mag with the 162 ELD-X. Really accurate load in mine, about 3030 fps from24" tube.

Now that is a bit over what is listed on the ADI website for a 162 grain bullet but is safe in my rifle.

I had good accuracy with 2213sc as well but about 100 fps slower for some reason. I hope this isn't too late and helps you out
