Anyone tried them?
Got them going 2890fps into one ragged hole about .3moa with SD of 3.4 out of my 20inch 7saum . I think they'll be bloody good killers bucking the wind better than the 162s. I used rl26.

I know he test loaded a few, was getting 2900fps one hole group with the magic powder.

Man that's stella! Definitely my preferred projectile although the 168 lrab hasn't let me down yet.
Would be interested to know your O.A.L with the 180
Same kinda speed as me and a mate get from our (longer) 284's and Rem Mags. They kill well.
Resident 6.5 Grendel aficionado.
That’s unreal. I load them for my mates rem mag and they hammer!

Yea im just using up the last of 162s then I'll change for good
Nice ! Did you run a ladder first ? How far off pressure is the load ?
I have a mate running them in his finnlight rem mag convinced him to change from 162gn's as well, shot a few deer with them now and no chance he'll change back, thought the 162s were the buisness the 180s do everything the 162s did only better.
Better wind bucking ability and better ft/bs at longer range. The velocity drop was not that much going from 162s to 180s either. My mate runs 180s in front of 2217.
Personally I cant wait to see how they preform in my very close 30 cal cousin the 30 06ai with 178gn eldm's, should be spectacular at similar velocities
