    85gn 243 ai....

Baldbob, have you measured the extra capacity your new AI has? If so, add that percentage to adi manual specs,

For the 85 grain projectile ADI lists a min of 35 grains of 2208 for 3020 fps and a max of 38 grains for 3210 fps.

For the 90 grainer a min of 34 grains of 2208 for 2965 fps and a max of 36.5 grains for 3105 fps.

2208 isnt the powder if you want the highest velocity in this case (pun included) but you get the picture in regards to ADI guidelines.

I am running a mildish load with the 87gr Vmax, 45gr 2209 and they shoot very very well, did have a hotter load but not as nice for the kids to shoot

must try some Barnes for the kids to use for deer

mine is a 22" barrel and was doing around 3200 ... Insailny accurate, had them at 3500 or something insane like that but even though the brass seamed OK started to blow primers after the 3rd fire

So that toasted a few Lapua brass

I never used anything but 105's in my old one so I'm probably not that much help to you. Flick me a PM if you want the recipes anyway.

I will be very interested to see how they go speed wise.

That 6-204 with less than 30 grains of powder & 87s @ 3050 out of a 22" is too shabby

Oh have I got a recipe for you Bob

    Perfect Pavlova

    6 egg whites
    1 3/4 cups caster sugar
    1 tsp malt vinegar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp cornflour
    1 tbsp boiling water

Preheat oven to 100 C. Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat for 15 minutes until smooth, glossy and when you rub a little mixture between your thumb and index finger you cannot feel grains of sugar.
Draw a 24 cm circle on a sheet of baking paper – easiest to draw round the edge of a cake pan. Place the baking paper on an oven tray and pile the mixture into the circle, smoothing edges. Bake for 1 1/4 hours and then turn off the oven and allow to sit in the oven with the door closed for at least another hour or until the oven is cold.

You wont do much better than a magnum primer and your n560. 85tsx are hovering around 3300-3350 from a 23".Started off with N165 but DAF ran them through QL for me and they showed to much pressure, brass life showed the same after 3x so switched powder.
