    Possibly the web has expanded over multiple firings and your die wont bring it back down enough?
    Have you checked case overall lenght? Could have grown and need trimming.

    Does a loaded round with firing pin removed from bolt chamber and extract with zero friction or is it a bit tight either closing or opening the bolt?

    Difference in in web is .001 bigger than sized case, brass has been trimmed. Loaded rounds had no friction apart from the ones that were just touching the lands
