sounds like the original load was "warm" and close to max pressure. If you're using different scales then you could easily be adding slightly higher powder charge. Differences in humidity while reloading can also create another variable & push you over the top.
What powder, charge, pills & COL are you running. Quite a few on hear with plenty of 284 experience that may be able to comment.
