Thread: Advice please

Need someone advice here lads. Have done my first loads for the 284 and am seeing swipe marks on most of the brass, can open bolt but very sticky at top. I have shot this load for a few hundred rounds before (but was loaded by someone else) so should be good just need to find where im going wrong. Brass has been annealed and cleaned for the first time, and I have fl sized brass to push shoulder back .002” from fired case. Was wondering if excessive head space but have measured with comparator and .002” should be ok? Or possibly small amount of lube on case?
