No I haven't yet.they arrived yesterday. Not sure when I'll get to them either.looking for a chrongraph to borrow as the one I normally borrow is being used

They are only 130s though.I'm using 150 bergers for the wsm.

7mm amaxs work good, but maybe need something abit harder for front brisket shots under 100 on big bulls i lost one this year or shoot neck

Thats the interesting bit Smiddy they seem to work great in 7mm but a bit to explody in .308"(168gr at least) Iv got some 178gr to try which with the higher SD and lower muzzle vel may work better as a "do all" round,Time will tell.

Whats your intended max range with the .308 Cam?
Have you tried the 155 A-Max?

Realistically 600 is about it with the 308 R93 and even then its got to be perfect conditions. Wind(read barely perceptible breeze) fucks it right up past 400.
Im thinking the 155 would be even worse up close? IE sub 300
Im determined to push out with the 130 barnes now.I know they still work well at 300/350 even though vel is getting lowish.
Im picking they will still work well at 400 from what I have seen so far;)
Just got to stop shooting at BIG deer closeish with the amax if i want all the meat

Yep ya got to play around to find what your happy with.
I used the 155 and took a couple body shots and they killed but I never recovered the projectiles.
I never stretched the legs on them either.
My favorite slug was the 130 speer HP.
Worked well to 350.
