Thread: Ammo box for 577-450 ammo

Anyone know where I could get a 20 or 50 round box for these gigantic rounds

I would make a nice wooden one or repurpose something from an antique shop

.45/70 fit in green plastic one..... surely the ones with fat compartments made for the wsm type will be accomidating...POSSIBLY get away with rounds in tip downwards too,if they not big enough otherwise. or take out the guts X pieces and use a single row of foam inserts

I run a couple of 12ga 25rnd boxes

Egg carton? Haha, or a lipstick display case from the chemist...

Yeah the powder coated bullets too look a bit silly eh

Standard 12 G boxes fit them nicely.

Exactly what I used for my MH and Snider.
Mine are ancient, mixture of CAC and Winchester boxes.

You deserve a bandolier.

I use them for .50-70 govt too

@Wingman i have a 50/70 aswell I just use 45/70 ones for that they fit awesome but only nose down
