    I tried the gas torch and drill technique but struggled for consistency, did a test of my 'annealed' vs standard using my tried and true load and the standard was <.5moa and the annealed I didn't bother measuring due to the Helen Keller effect.

    Didn't want to use up my brass practicing so here I am dreaming of an annealer to maintain brass life......
