Afternoon all.
How are people in the subsonic world going with 190gn Hornady SubX projectiles? I am just about out of the 200gn Lapuas I had been using and am interested in these as a replacement.
Cheers.

Experience. What you get just after you needed it.
Loaded some up something like two months ago.
Still haven’t been to the range to test them!
I’ll get some at some stage and give them a try.
I have some to load up as well , but the factory ones shoot very well for me already
@Pengy has some and gave me a handfull to try. Haven't loaded them up yet.

Do you knowledgeable lot think a 30-30 in 1-10" twist (barrel length 17") would handle these 190gr SubX alright? I know they've got the factory boxed 30-30 option in 175gr but I don't think the 175gr projectiles are available as components for handloaders.
Thanks,
Joel
