I've got benchmark h1000 748 I do have 2209 but I save that for my x55. Also got some 2206h off the top of my head

Hornady lists H4895 ( AR2206H ) for 75gn bullets so probably worth a try. I know with this powder pressure can come on suddenly so work up carefully and check for pressure signs at every stage.
