Dunno, but I ended up nearly 2gr over max with 2206h and those projs, with no pressure signs to speak of. It was getting quite chocka in there, compressed over ~24ish grains, went to 25.6. The COAL were all over the place, they aren't a very uniform shape to be kind... Ask @Glycerine

sorry i haven't done any loads with bm2 using the ADI 62gr,
i struggled with getting a consistent seating depth with them,

and the best i could get of them was a 2 inch group, which i have been lead to believe is normal for them,
all so the weight of the varies quite a bit,

    good enough for plinking/service rifle,

If you can be bothered weight and length sorting them, you can get good results with the ADI 62gns.
They shoot well (0.68 MOA) in my service rifle, noting it has a Walther barrel.

I don't bother sorting them (probably should) and use BMII as a powder.
Load them on a progressive press and they shoot fine out to 200. Anything further and I use different projectiles and loads that I have done on my single stage.

I load 23 grns. It can go a lot more but I use them for anything inside 200 for 3 gun and the brass lasts a bit longer.

cool Just want to double check, BMII same as BM2 (benchmark 2)
have a few 62gr adi's leftover, (don't intend to work up a new load for 20 projectiles, LOL)

    A Schmeisser.
I probably should just build a Stag or something, and probably will to save the Schmeisser from wear.

Yeah I use benchmark 2 in my AR and bolt .223

I run a 62 grn projectile (not steel cored) in my bolt gun as well and use a lot more than 23 grns.

I think FNB brass is actually 5.56 milspec brass, which means it has slightly less case capacity the 223 REM commercial brass. For 20 rounds, just use starting loads and blaze away.

My mistake, it is 556 head stamped, and I had to de-crimp so yes, milspec. Ive used ADI 2208 in them and the max load seemed close, I got to 0.2gr over and that was as hot as I'd go as accuracy went to pot with vertical stringing (3/8s Horiz v 1.5inch vert). I'll load 5 of each going up in 0.4gr and see how it goes.
