There is nothing wrong with AR2206H for the 55 grain projectile in the .22-250. H380 and AR2208 give about the same velocity. Benchmark 8208 gives a bit more velocity if that is what is needed. The ADI and Hodgdons on line data is a good source for data. H380 was originally a mil surplus powder sold by Hodgdons in the late 1940's. Bruce Hodgdon liked 38 grains behind, I think, the 55 grain projectile so called it H380. It is new manufactured powder these days. It is also likely to be less temperature stable than the three ADI/ Hodgdon Extreme powders.
