    Nah the 5.45x39 is different again, it is a thinner case than the PPC, it has a base diameter of 10mm where the .22PPC, .220 Russian (5.6x39) 6.5 Grendel and 7.62x39 etc has a 11.3mm base.
    They all have different shoulder angles and body tapers too.
