I have got a mate who has bought a fifty and was needing some suitable projectiles for hunting.
the ones i have seen in nz are gs custom, predator and lapua which of there is none at belmont at the moment, any ideas would be good

presume you mean BMG as my 50 throws pistol pills - Amax are avail with special permits -
Get the 750g A-Max if you can.
I see reloaders have some monolithic jobies,they seem to kill fine as my mate shot a deer at 1275 through the base of the neck through the chest cavity and exited unexpanded but i guess the shock and .5 hole it didnt go far perhaps 10 m.
Amax would be nice but is it worth the grief.
I can definitley get the lapua just have to buy 400!
