I guess you are meaning, will a 1-12 twist stabilise a 70 TSX ?
If so, no, their own web site suggests 1-8, which is more sensible I would say.

Long monolithic needs a fast twist.Remember you do not need a heavy Barnes pill to kill compared to lead cousin because of the pedalling effect and weight retention. Dig one out if you find it and weigh it. Illuminating.Used to do this all the time with 87gr Hornady. Vast difference in recovered projectiles but they were a mean pill to tag stags especially on river face gallops.
