Thread: Barnes TSX 53gr .224" and ADI AR2206H

Hi

I'm doing a load for the above combo , namely :

Barnes TSX 53gr .224" and ADI AR2206H

The ADI website list a starting load for a 53gr projectile at 25gr , and max load of 27.5 at which its compressed.

So I've done 4 weights, starting at 25gr and incrementing by .5 of a grain up to 26.5

There's so much powder in the case for the 3 biggest loads I cant get the projectile to seat deep enough.

I think I should pull the 3 biggest loads (25.5, 26 and 26.5) ... I've only done 2 test rounds of each.

What do you guys think ?

Its sound pretty fucking dodge to me .... Or "safeish" as we say in the skydiving fraternity.
