A shorter explanation on how to setup your ballistic data table if you are a hunter (especially)

Here is a tutorial on how to make turret wraps

    Its basically:
Draw a square at desired size. You find the size by measuring turret diameter and multiplying with 3,14 (pi).
Draw as many hashmarks you want - adjust bottom - adjust horizontal. Group, format to desired size.
Put on desired legend where appropriate.
    Print.

Haha yeah I just used some aluminum tape and marked it on with pen. Doesn't look near as fancy as these though. Guess I will have to install the program to do it.

On another note, went to order one of those bags you use but shipping is a killer, any freight forwarding companies at your end?

@Norway what would you say about this system for us hunters that shoot close range but may come across something slightly further away say 300-400m

I have a Nikon Prostaff BDC on my .22 which is awesome but I'd never put one on my centrefires. Sure they're good for holdover but as you see there is no allowance for holdunder at distances less than you zero and no windage markings. But that's just me.

The one on my AR is stupid accurate, we smash 4 inch gongs at 400 just with the little circle. I really like that reticle.

I'll have to look into the Nikon before I answer that one.

Meanwhile, the final stages in the BDC work before actual use.
