Assuming that the powder is close to W748 it would probably work OK in the .303 but only in full power loads. Some of the internet posts specifically states that loads should not be reduced as would be the case. Some data recommends that W748 should be used with Winchester or magnum primers and more importantly what data do you use? To my mind AR2206H would be far a better choice as there is plenty of data for both full power and reduced loads.
