Thread: Belmont Powders

Was in at Belmont the other day and picked up a can of their Action Rifle which is actually St Marks (General Dynamics) WC747, a powder not normally availbale for civilian use. I had a wee bit a couple of years ago, scored off a mate. An excellent powder. The 748 should be perfect, as it obviously is WC748. The Action Pistol I have no idea what it is like, or of its origin. If it is a ball powder also it is most likely also a St Marks powder, although they only show ball powder made by them for 45ACP.. Belmont price their powders reasonably well. Hodgdon now market Winchester Powders so not sure where Belmont sit with them.
