That would be good to see Bushrash

Im not sure if the schrockit has an internal taper towards the centre on the bottom plate to make the case rotate, if it did then it would work well.

Trick with any of them is setting them to move the case off the flame at the right temperature,,,,i tried laser temp guns few different brands ,,,which dont work for some reason on thin brass ,,,thought it may be because they are reflective so black heat painted a case still didnt work ,,,,the most reliable way is a heat marker ,,,,,once you work out the timing of the wheel to move the case off at the right time ya set

I'm having a crack at building one at the moment using a Ali disk, windscreen wiper motor and a jaycar motor speed controller kit.

The taperd base plate or grip tape that just catches the edge of the case head are a few tricks people are using to get the cases spinning...others have the case spinning on a small rotating disk once the case has reached the flame. Case indexing is by a cam type arrangement.

Hopefully a single flame is all that's needed if its angled towards the flow of cases and the speed is set correctly.

I reckon the thickness of the indexing disk is also important as you want it to act as a heat sink to avoid overheating the lower half of the brass.

I lashed out and brought a Bench Source, shoot quite a bit of f-class and need to keep brass annealed. This machine isn't cheap but works well, when annealing you need to have the heat on your brass for the exact same time for each piece or one will end up softer than the next.

R93 it was $499 + $130 freight not cheep by any means but are more than happy with it, light and quite easy to setup. I have some of my original 6.5x47 Lapua brass that has close to 35 reloads through them, these are at max loadings. In necking down my 20BR never lost a single case and brass easy to work with. Too me the best thing about this machine is the consistent annealing from case to case.
