We tend to forget that before IMR4350 arrived like a thunderbolt around 1940 IMR4064 was considered a slow powder in a field of not that many powders. There was an article in a recent Handloader or Rifle about the load and there is still pressure tested modern data for IMR4064 and AR2208 available on line.

@grandpamac yup that's the one.
There is maybe 2 or 3 modern articles about the load. Meant to reasonably accurate.
The writer was of the opinion acted opposite to what it should've done in that case size. Just can't remember which way
