Size: 467.9 KBI went up in 0.2gr from 26gr of 2208 before I found what it liked. 55gr BlitzKings @ 3150 for 26.4gr final load.

26.4 is near to my sweet spot with 55 grn Barnes TTSX. 27 grn 2208 for 3170 fps. 20" barrel.
    Kills deer really well.

How are you guys fitting 27gr in the case? 26.8 was starting to push the projectile out after seating. As it is, I'm having to tip the powder in slowly, down the side of the funnel and give it a few taps to settle it lower.

Norma cases. I have to tap it in a bit. Its compressed but not tight.

I don't trim very often, so maybe my necks are longer.

Yeah I do all of that too, and had the same issue as you when I was at 27.5g which shot even better.

I may have my bullets seated out longer? I'm using lapua brass so not sure if there is a capacity difference to what you use.

If you neck size only you gain some capacity. I've gone back to full length sizing now tho.

Am using Lapua brass also, but have yet to resize any of it as I'm still working my way through the box.

Dropped it off to DPT today to be shortened and have it threaded for a suppressor, so will have to start the process again in a few weeks no doubt. Assuming that it will drop some velocity as a result, so I'll need more powder to get me back to 3150fps, am considering a drop-tube. Does anyone have any brand recommendations?
