I have been wondering that exact same thing about reduced loads, BM8208 seems readily available currently and would appear very similar in appearance to 2206H from the two bottles I have here. BM8208 is listed as being one step faster than 2206H on ADI's burn rate chart (the now discontinued 2206 site between them). I see IMR8208XBR (same powder sold in Hogdon packaging) has a few comments as being positioned on the burn rate charts as slower than 2206H, which is directly the opposite of the ADI chart...

There doesn't seem to be any load data available at all for BM8208 as a reduced load powder though.
