    Why dont you and ebf start again?
    Have a go at developing your own load as Abe could and would, only spend so much time on it, to ensure the build will shoot.

    I would try a 130gr projectile with any of N160, 560 ADI 2209 or RL-17, RL-15 in Lapua or Nosler .260 brass or whatever you have left and have fun getting it where you want. You know it can shoot. Just feed it the right tucker you have contructed and you will have heaps of fun using it.
    I also highly rate the Hornady 129gr SP for anything under 500. sIt shoots and more importantly, kills well, in all the 6.5's I have used it in. If money is no object, I would use the scirocco.

    Stay the hell away from an SST in the .260.
