Has anyone tried drawing brass? Does anyone have a drawing set?

Greetings Aresetter,
In reply to your actual question, rather than the replies you have received to date, drawing brass for cartridge cases is not a hobby option. It takes some serious, read expensive, machinery and tooling not too mention testing equipment. For the hand loader the only option is to re form existing cartridge cases into ones that are not available. I reform .303 Br cases into .30 - 40 Krag cases due to availability, a simple one pass process not much different to full length sizing. In the past I have made cases for a wildcat 6.5 mm cartridge for which neither cases nor dies have ever been available. This involved setting the shoulder back, fire forming and trimming to get a usable case. From then on the cases were just neck sized. I also had a .30-06 Ackley Improved for a bit that just needed fire forming. There is lots of fun to be had for hand loaders without drawing any brass.
Regards Grandpamac.
