    Buying reloading equipment (dies) from overseas

    Hi Guys,
    My friend is currently in the US and was thinking of buying reloading dies and cleaning equipment while he's there. Is it legal to bring reloading dies to NZ if it's under checked baggage? I just don't want him to be in trouble. Thank you!
