    Thanks,
I know your question was where in NZ but currently I have on order ex USA for a product called Omegalaq. Exactly the same as Tempilaq. Same shaped bottle and same coloured label! Second order I have placed with them. You can bring it via YouShop without problems although they may baulk if you want the thinners as well. Priced some Tempilaq locally the other day - $150 for a 2oz bottle! Omegalaq is US$20 a 2oz bottle! Brownells will also send Tempilaq to NZ - I asked the question in the last few days. Just their selection is not great. I don't know what Blackwoods charge.

I got some through amazon. Couldn't find anyone in NZ who had even heard of it.

    Chicken

Ask any Toolmaker or Metallurgist, they tend to use it almost daily.

I haven't bought any for a while now as a bottle lasts ages.

    Cheers

That's what I expected. I tried weld well, plumbing suppliers, Twiggs in Wellys and another engineer supplier I forget the name of.
Received blank looks from them all.

Impeys sell a 2oz bottle for $150+gst Trouble is (apart from the price of course) is they only have 325 degF. No good for annealing except maybe to tell you if you have cooked the base of the cartridge.
