can someone 'quickload' something for me?

Not sure how the program works but a question on 45acp from carbine noise got me thinking.

If I give the following figures, would anyone with the program be intersted in letting me know a muzzle pressure?

45 ACP, 230 grain jacketed bullet, 5 grains of either Alliant bullseye or winchester WST( which are about the same burn rate) and a 20" barrel. Off load manuals that is going to get about 850-860fps and 16000CUP, its the standard ball level load.

Also wondered how a generic 22LR high velocity round( CCi minimag etc) is going pressurewise at say a 20" barrel muzzle . I think 22LR runs about 25,000PSI to start with?

Armchair ballistics musings at its best due to failed hunt plans this weekend ;0

    Hornady 230 fmj rn, 5gn bullseye= 1069 fps @ 16070 psi and muzzle pressure 511psi.
    With as30 at 4.5gn= 996fps at 19429 psi muzzle pressure 340 psi.
5gns of as30 run 1057 fps at 23557 psi (over saami spec) and 370 psi at the muzzle

Thanks Dave, could have sworn that I already replied. My apologies and thanks. I forgot to take into account the carbine barrel, the figures I quoted were for pistol data. Be interested to see if it keeps gaining like that in real life. I'd assume at some point barrel length and the bore drag/low pressure remaining will be slowing these bullets down again. I might get a copy of quickload and play around anyway, there goes more money into the hobby lol
