When there was such a thing and we needed bulk 223 ammo I did all my case prep then resizing on a single stage.
Whole process just goes smoother without having to resize on a progressive imo.

Or, 2 tool heads.
1 with decap and size. No primers in tube. Run cases with lube. A plastic bag or ice cream container, and spray & shuffle....

Clean cases

2nd tool head with (I also use another sizing decapper as a insurance) powder drop, seating.

Yes it is 2 runs through, but easier than a single stage.
