    How's it! I've got a tikka m595 .308. Made my first lot of handloads. Lapua brass, 155gr Berger vlds, 2206h powder 45 grains pumping out of barrel at 2845 fps. My brass has same rings down low. Must just be hot loads? Told brass was fired once. 2nd time ring appeared. Be interesting to see how my new brass goes. Ur not alone Scoped
