I use it with 64 grn projectiles (Nosler) because it clicked, but my main .223 powder is 2206H because I have a supply. I have used a lot of CFE223 with 55 grn in the past and it was good.

CFE223 works well in 7-08 and thats were I used it the most although am almost out of it so am now using R17 for 140 and 2206H for 120.

You can use CFE223 wherever BLC-2 works. Seems to be almost the same burning rate.

    Greetings,
I am in the process of changing from AR2206H to BM8208 for the 55 grai projectiles due to the former running out of space. For the 69 grain projectile in my 8 inch twist barrel I will stick with AR2206H as it gets better velocity than BM8208 at book max loads. I am also looking at BM8208 for the 70 grain Speer projectile for the same reason. I haven't got around to any testing yet but most loads shoot well in a .223.
    Regards Grandpamac.
