It happens to everyone with cast bullets at some time specially with a new gun, Cast bullets don't like being jammed into the rifling just a light touch; better to seat to the crimp groove if it has one
any load that consistently groups 1 1/2" can be considered excellent Cast bullet shooters only count 10 shots as groups, Check what seating depth the mold maker recommends and start there
cast bullet don't mind jumping the throat guides them, I don't know about powder coated bullets but standard lubed cast bullets polish the bore they will never wear it out, Even back in the 1800's
with the poor quality iron and steel barrels they shot many thosands of rounds with modern barrels and lead bullets they will last couple of life times.
