Creating a drop chart for a ballistic reticle

I'm sure if I put my mind to it I could work this out... but it's easier to ask on here. I want to make a drop chart for a couple of rifles that have scopes with ballistic reticles ( Vixen and Burris)
I can find the reticle subtensions easy enough and will chronograph the loads. Where do I go from there? For example (from memory) I think the first hash down on my vixen reticle is 2moa, do I just make a chart with 10 yard steps on the hornady (or similar) ballistic calculators then go down the chart untill i find the distance that says to dial 2moa? And so on..?
