About LinkBacksAbsolutely the 7mm rem mag is obsolete. Better send me your spare barrels and any brass you've got laying around.
I'll even pay for the postage.
On a serious note, not much in really new. In the mid 1890s the Swedish started tooling around with a fandangle 6.5x55mm cartridge. There have been improvements over the last 125 years, but nothing really ground breaking.
