My redding FL dies do the same if I'm not careful with my 260 brass.
I use a spray lube and not much, but I have to be really careful with not having too much lube. Apparently this is common with Redding dies.

could be because they have a wee hole of about 1mm dia to allow excess to get out.... I dont get issue with my lee or hornady sets either but the redding set I do.
