What powder are you using? What accuracy are you getting and what are you hoping to see with another bullet?

I've tried H414, 2209, Varget and Staball6.5. I'm consistently getting around 1.1 -1.3 MOA would prefer to see it inside MOA
I tried different coals with no noticeable differences.

If I push it to hard things definitely open up so keeping velocity at 2550-2600 (7mm08)

Your rifle may just not like that weight or style of bullet.

Yes that is a distinct possibility.

It does seem to like flat based, fatter ogive bullets as a rule. Trouble is that style of bullet doesn't seem to be on the shelves at the moment. (In a weight I like)
