    electronic scales

I am looking to buy one to see what I am missing out on. I think something along the lines of the Intellidipper would tick a lot of the boxes.
Any one with experience using them would like to chime in please.

I would prefer to buy a secondhand unit at this stage to minimise the investment cost ( yeah I am tight ... I reload dont I ). and if its not what floats my boat easier to recover the outlay.

I have moved from using manual (Lee) and stand-alone (Hornady) scales to an Intellidropper.

Before I struggled to get and keep my ES down, but now I am within single digits on Hornady brass. It also significantly reduced the time it takes to reload as the Intellidropper can calibrate itself on the type if powder you are throwing, so it can dump the majority of the load before trickling the last few grains. I should have made the investment a long time ago.

It’s got this mobile bluetooth app - it works just fine and you can store some of your favourite loads in there, but to be honest it was nice to play with but not something I use much.

But I must add that I have neck turned the Hornady brass and I anneal them each time before reloading it.

    Got my Intellidropper from @Double Shot ;

Know nothing about them from personal experience except for watching Gavin Toobe's review.

Still running an old Chargemaster. Couple of years ago the Chargemaster 1500 part of the dispenser went belly up. I considered other brands of dispenser at the time but wasn't that turned on with what was available so took the hit and bought another scale.

If my Chargemaster should die again I will not replace instead will go with with a V3 Trickler (or V4 later in the year) or consider something like the Frankford Intellidropper.
I only use the Chargemaster to pre-dispense then finish on my AnD.

I paid $1275 for the fx 300i bare scale. Since Im only reloading to hunt I can trickle the load by hand however that V3 system looks great if doing a lot of target shooting

Most get the fx 120i which is cheaper and all you need but none in NZ at the moment so I got the 300i. Probably a bit over kill.

Workshop Inno has the 300i on special at $1275. Several in stock.

I use a Chargemaster or an RCBS Rotary thrower to measure the initial charge set fractionally low. Then onto the AnD to finish off using a Little Dandy powder trickler. A twisty type trickler would do the same job.

The V3 auto trickle is an automated attachment that feeds into the AnD. It's more suited to volume reloading. I don't do volume reloading usually 30 at a time so I would have trouble justifying the V3 right now.

I see from your photo you have a rotary dispenser (Redding?) so you are already part set up to dispense into an AnD.

I used the toy feature on the camera to obscure the crap on the shelves, so with the 300i basically all I would do is upgrade from a beam scale to an electronic one, unless I went with the other add ons.
I think I will look out for an intelli still, I might put an add up in the WTB section.
