    Extreme spread

I am interested to know what other anal reloaders and chrony fiddlers do, too reduce the ES in their ammo.
Obviously consistency is achieved with good components, accurate powder measurements and consistent seating but I personally think neck tension is 90% of the way to achieving a low ES.
How do others get the results they need? Annealing, M die, turning and so on. Any neat tricks that save pulling your hair out and time.
Also what figure do you think is suffice? I am happy if its under 20 fps for my needs, but some think as long as its under 40fps it is all good. I have been getting an ES in single figures over the first 5 rounds in one of my shooters and havnt had to do anything special but as the brass gets older it wanders in to double figures but is still acceptable for me.
