Just want to say thanks for posts.
Had the exact described issue. After reading posts I did three things. Just a little more lube particularly in the neck, Lowered the die so it was more (tighter) overcamed, paused for a few seconds before releasing the rcbs lever.
All the problems are now gone.
It was driving me MAD.

Me too luckily a local to me forum member helped point me in the right direction and also annealed my brass for me to make it easier.
