Thread: Fls die issues??

Have a new set of redding 6.5cm dies
I had brand new lapua brass which I didn’t size and its all now once fired
I followed my normal ultra sonic clean before sizeing to stop crap from getting through the dies
Lubed with dillon spray on case lube
And inside with a qtip wet with dcl

When run through the die it was making funny Gronching noise and just felt rough
It did not damage the brass to I carried on seemed to get better after 25 or so
But still doing it
Is it just a new die never had reddings before it’s just the basic fls die not flash harry bushing etc

I know the lapua has a small flash hole so I tested the decaping pin before using the die and it fit through sweet as
