Yes a collet, don't be tempted to change bullet weight though, and no you won't need to resize
I use a Hornady collet puller and I do not resize the neck. You will not lose any powder unless you tip a case over. Remade OAL is 10 thou off the lands.
Try and get a pill of similar profile to the FMJ as well as the same weight. Then you can just load to the same length and all should be good. You may find a slightly bigger group after changing pills, but should be fine for hunting purposes.
I use wire crimpers in press with shell holder and no die. Done heaps of fmj 223 that way
Unless you really tight for $$$ or only shoot deer...use them as they are.buy box of factory soft points for deer but the fmj rounds are fine for most uses...a tight twist is definitely a DISadvantage if using them, but wouldn't stop me.ive shot hundreds of wallabies, hares n Rabbits using fmj in .223
75/15/10 black powder matters
Finally got out to test best group i had with FMJ was 1.1moa the 55grn sp best was .7moa .
I also tried 62gr sp and they grouped best at .4moa with no pressure signs
